It was the local olive growers and olive oil producers that taught us...
….and they need to be thanked for that. Levantinka or Šoltanka as it is known on the Island of Šolta is the most widespread olive grown on the island and it is this type that gives our oil it’s unmistakable taste and aroma.
Quality is the law for us and therefore only oil that has passed analysis is bottled. To ensure we respect the traditions and provide you with the best quality of oil, you will only receive oil produced on the island of Šolta.

Boris Sokol – a local painter who was born in Šolta.
This artist depicted a Šoltanka olive branch, which was then transferred to our bottle in order to further emphasize the authenticity of our oil and further spread the patriotism of the island of Šolta.
